The foundation of TOSHINUTS was laid in 1943 by Late Lala Khazan Singh Jain, a visionary entrepreneur who set up the business in the heart of Khari Baoli, Old Delhi—Asia’s largest and most iconic spice and dry fruit market. What began as a humble trading house quickly earned a reputation for integrity, trust, and quality within the local merchant community.

The next generation was led by Late Sh. Adeshwar Lal Jain, who continued to uphold the family values of honesty, fair trade, and community commitment. He was instrumental in nurturing the talent that would eventually grow the business across India.
